Leg is a part of the body, which should be taken care. Leg pain is a common occurrence there are many non-traumatic causes of leg pain. Pain in the legs is caused because of many conditions that affect bones, joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, blood vessels, nerve and the skin. If we have suffered an injury to the bone, muscle or tendon of our leg it is easy to connect these injuries to leg pain and seek treatment. Legs should be washed daily dirt’s should be removed. Massage can be given in legs in order to prevent cracks in foot we can use some creams. We must drink plenty of fluids and oral re-hydration solutions are electrolyte loss and dehydration is the most common cause of muscle cramps. Drinking liquids like some drinks or alcoholic does not constitute towards our fluid intake. We want to make sure that we use appropriate footwear when walking that provide our feet with adequate support. Stretching our muscle gently with light exercise like riding a bicycle for few minutes before going to bed can loosen up and strengthen the muscles. This would greatly limit the occurrence or severity of night leg cramps. While some people are genetically predisposed to developing foot fungus there are several ways we can protect the health of our feet and avoid fungal infections.
